Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice carrots diagonally into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick chunks. Cook 7 to 10 minutes.
    Combine in small saucepan the sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger.
    Cook 7 to 10 minutes.
    Add orange juice and boil 1 minute.
    Add butter.
    Pour over hot carrots and toss.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Serves 6.
