3 Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    6 eggs, separated
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 to 3 c. coconut (fresh is better)
Preparation
    Cook all except egg whites until thick; beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold 1/2 into cooled mixture.
    Add 6 tablespoons sugar to remaining egg whites and top pies.
    Brown under broiler.
