Diabetic Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 banana, crushed
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl.
    Mix well and bake 1 1/2 hours in 300\u00b0 oven in greased and floured loaf pan.
    After cake has baked for 1 hour, cover with foil to prevent cake from drying out during rest of baking.
