Ingredients

1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix cheese, flour, oil, salt and cayenne until crumbly.
Add milk and nuts.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
