Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour three 8-inch round pans. Cream the oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; add dry ingredients; stir in carrots and nuts. Bake for 35 minutes.
