Native Seasoning(Also Called Creole Seasoning Or Pound Salt) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rock salt, pounded to fine texture
4 tsp. black ground pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. nutmeg
a sprig of parsley
a sprig of celery
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Store in a jar for future use.
