Spaghetti For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 lb. ground beef
    3 c. chopped onions
    8 carrots, grated
    5 gal. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. minced garlic
    10 lb. spaghetti
    2 c. Romanoff cheese, grated
    spices: oregano, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, sweet basil, bay leaf, salt, pepper and Romanoff cheese (season to taste)
Preparation
    Cook meat until beginning to turn color.
    Add onion and continue to cook until just done and light brown.
    Drain off fat. Put in large container or divide into 2 pots.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti.
    Simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti.
