Italian Easter Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Ricotta, add flour, eggs and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Set aside.
