Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 servings instant potatoes (mix same as on pkg., a little less water)
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1 lb. bacon
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Let potatoes cool.
    Add egg and flour.
    Mix well.
    Form in balls, add to boiling water (salted).
    Cook for 10 minutes and remove from water.
    Cut bacon in small pieces, dice onion and fry until crisp.
    Do not drain.
    Serve over dumplings.
