Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
3 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender and drain. Add butter and egg.
Mix salt and dry mustard with 1 tablespoon of hot water and add to milk (but do not add to macaroni yet).
Toss macaroni with grated cheese, leaving enough to sprinkle some on top.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Pour in milk mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
