Busy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients into bowl.
Put everything else in and blend.
Then beat about 3 minutes.
Put in greased and floured pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
