Snickerdoodles(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Melt butter or margarine.
    Add the 2 cups sugar and stir until fluffy.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients slowly; beat well until blended.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Flatten slightly with bottom of glass.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Makes 66.
