Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    5 Tbsp. canning salt
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, chopped fine
    4 oz. jar pimientos*
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onions and canning salt well and let set overnight.
    Next morning, drain, rinse and drain well again.
    In kettle mix remaining ingredients.
    Cook altogether about 30 minutes.
    Longer cooking will make thicker relish.
