Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. diced green peppers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix cucumbers, onions and green peppers together.
Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar together and pour over sliced vegetables.
Ladle into jars, pouring liquid mixture over all. Place lids on jars and refrigerate.
Makes about 2 quarts.
Must be kept refrigerated.
