Chicken Macnuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, optional
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    ketchup
    barbecue sauce for dipping
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken breast.
    Then cut into bite-size chunks. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
    In small bowl, place milk and egg and beat together.
    Dunk chicken nuggets in milk/egg mixture.
    Then roll in breadcrumbs.
    At this point, you can freeze the nuggets.
