Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    28 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can water
    3 cubes chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. macaroni (uncooked)
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, brown the sausage, peppers and onion; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except macaroni and cheese. Cover.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stir in macaroni; cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, until macaroni is tender.
    Top individual servings with Mozzarella cheese.
