Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. small fresh cauliflowerets
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add cauliflowerets and cook, covered, over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add frozen peas, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes longer, separating peas with fork if necessary.
    Stir in chopped pimiento. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Makes 8 servings.
