Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. potato buds
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil first 6 ingredients together until onion is transparent. Add potato buds, making a very stiff mashed potato mixture.
    Add sour cream and cheese; combine well.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
