Spaghetti Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 2/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 box spaghetti
    1 lb. hamburger
    dash of garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard (spicy brown)
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Brown hamburger.
    Cook spaghetti; drain.
    Put in casserole dish, then top with hamburger, onion, green pepper mixture.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over hamburger.
    Then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
