Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
24 oz. salsa
1 small onion
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can chopped green olives
1 pkg taco mix (mix according to pkg directions)
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of cayenne pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. grated monterrey jack and cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onions.
Following directions on pkg add taco seasoning mix.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Mix salsa, olives, chili powder, pepper and part of the cheese.
Then add this mixture to the meat.
Pour over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
