Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, cut each in half lengthwise.
    Then cut into even wedges.
    Boil wedges for 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain and pat dry.
    Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve as a snack or with hamburgers.
