Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. dried yeast
    1 c. lukewarm potato water
    6 c. buttermilk or 5 to 1
    4 tsp. salt
    8 c. buckwheat flour or 7 to 1
    4 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in potato water. Stir in buttermilk. Add flour and salt. Cover and let stand overnight in a warm place.
