Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple in its own juice
    juice from pineapple slices
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Cut up and skin chicken.
    Place in rectangular baking pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, steak sauce and honey in a bowl.
    Pour over chicken.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes, basting with sauce occasionally.
    Remove and top chicken with pineapple slices.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
    (Can be served on a bed of rice.)
