Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 c. melted shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
6 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all but flour and melted butter.
This makes 2 pans.
Make a well in the 6 cups flour.
Add first mixture.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Knead until smooth and shiny.
Let rise in warm place until double.
