Broccoli And Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 box broccoli flowerets, thawed

Preparation

Press broccoli between 2 paper towels to absorb moisture.
Mix all together.
Pour in baking casserole dish or long baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
