Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

8 baked hot potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. dried chervil
1 tsp. chives
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese of choice
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut tops off potatoes and scoop out the centers. Mash.
Stir butter, sour cream, herbs and seasonings into mashed potatoes.
