Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet and drain off excess fat.
    Stir in taco seasoning and set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients; add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour half of cornbread mixture into well-greased pan.
    Pour hamburger mixture on top and cover with remaining bread mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
