Zwieback Or Tweback ** - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    almost 8 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. dry Carnation milk
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
    2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    Pam cooking spray
Preparation
    In a greased mixing bowl, measure 3 cups flour, salt, sugar, Carnation milk and yeast.
    Mix.
    Add melted butter; stir.
    Add egg.
    Beat by hand with a big wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
    Add 3 cups of flour gradually.
    Add almost 2 cups of flour or as much as needed.
    Knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place until double.
    Punch down.
    Let rise 10 minutes.
