Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. finely grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients together and set aside.
    Mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together and add to first mixture.
    Add zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 15 minutes, then turn out on rack to finish cooling.
