Saucy Skillet Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up
    1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    8 oz. uncooked ziti, rigatoni or other tube pasta
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and Italian seasoning.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in pasta and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
