Grilled Marinated Shrimp And Salmon Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (6 or 7 oz.) fresh salmon fillets
    4 shrimp (per person)
    10 fresh ginger slices
    1 fresh minced jalapeno pepper
    2 whole heads garlic, split
    1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
    1/2 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
    2 limes, sliced thinly
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. lite salad oil
Preparation
    Gently toss all ingredients in a non-corosive container.
    Allow this to marinate for several hours or overnight.
    Grill salmon over hot coals until nearly done.
    Now add your shrimp to the grill.
