Sensational Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese (herb and garlic type)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 (15 oz.) pkg. pie crusts (2 crusts)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix together sausage, Ricotta cheese, spinach, cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs and hot pepper sauce in large bowl until well blended.
On lightly floured surface, roll out one pie crust to 12-inch circle.
Place in 10-inch pie plate.
Fill with the sausage mixture.
Roll remaining pie crust to 12-inch circle; make decorative cutouts in pastry, if desired.
Place pastry over filling.
Seal and flute edges of pie. Decorate top with additional pie crust.
Cut into decorative shapes, if desired.
Beat remaining egg; brush top of pastry.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
