Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. oil
1 can pumpkin (14 1/2 oz.)
2/3 c. cold water
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl, then make well in center and pour in oil.
Add pumpkin and cold water; blend well with beater.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
