Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening, flour and salt until crumbly.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and add to flour mixture.
    Stir with a fork until just blended.
    Don't overstir.
    Refrigerate for an hour before rolling out.
    Turn pastry out on well-floured surface. Makes three 9-inch pie crusts.
