Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Set aside.
    Cream butter with 2 1/2 cups sugar, then add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Turn in sour cream and flour mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar to eggs, then fold into batter.
    Mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Cook 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool on wet cloth after removing.
