Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large yellow squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    cornbread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash in 1 1/2 cups water with 1/2 onion (drain if watery).
    Stir in 1/2 onion, bell pepper, celery, eggs and everything else.
    Add cornbread to make to the right consistency. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
