Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    4 oz. mushrooms
    small pimento
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage, and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cove with foil.
    Bake at 350 for one hour, stirring at 30 minutes.
