Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
-
Combine gelatin in boiling water.
Fold in all at once all the remaining ingredients except the sour cream.
Turn half of mixture into baking dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Then evenly spread top with sour cream.
Gently spoon on rest of mixture, refrigerate. Cut when firm and serve on lettuce leaves.
