Fancy Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms thoroughly.
    Break off stems and chop them up. Saute onions in butter.
    When onions are translucent, add sausage that has been pushed out of casing or peeled of casing.
    Warm through.
    Add bread crumbs and mushroom stems.
    Continue to cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
