Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Slice squash and onion; cook until tender and drain.
    Combine sour cream, carrots and soup and stir in squash and onion.
    In another pan, melt butter and mix in with stuffing mix; pour in squash and top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
