Frog-Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. macaroni (Martha Gooch acini de pepe
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. colored miniature marshmallows
Preparation

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in pineapple juice and egg.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick; add lemon juice.
Cool.
