Herbed Chicken In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. apple juice or white wine
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown in margarine. Arrange in a baking dish.
