Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash
    2 boiled eggs
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Chop boiled eggs and onion.
    Mix these with soup, milk and crackers, then add chunks of cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Crush more crackers and spread on top. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
