Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. jalapeno peppers
5 whole medium tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, including some green top
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
salt to taste
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

Boil jalapeno peppers and tomatoes.
Add half the garlic and black pepper.
Add salt.
Simmer until tender.
Put mixture in blender.
Add can of tomato paste and chopped green onions.
Add rest of garlic and black pepper.
Liquify in blender.
Let cool and store in refrigerator.
Keeps well.
