Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    5 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    18 to 20 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat milk and butter together until almost boiling; add sugar and salt and cool to warm to touch.
    Add eggs and yeast, then flour to make soft dough.
    Let rise about 1 hour; punch down and put into pans for rolls or bread.
    Let rise again 30 to 45 minutes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until light brown.
    Makes 8 loaves of bread.
