Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored jello
1 c. skim milk
dash of salt
2 1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. frozen sliced peaches
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add sugar and salt, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Stir in yogurt, vanilla and finely chopped peaches. Cover and chill.
Unused portion should be placed in freezer. About 82 calories per 1/2-cup serving.
