Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    1 3/4 c. water
    juice from large can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    beef gravy base
    canned tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut round steak in strips (trim of fat or gristle).
    Season with flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then fry in large skillet in small amount of oil.
    Add 1 3/4 cups water, juice from tomatoes, chopped onion and gravy base.
    Let simmer about 1 hour or until tender.
    Add canned tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 5 minutes and serve over rice.
