Traditional Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Measure flour into medium bowl.
    Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Stir milk in until dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball.
