Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Divide in two parts.
    Put small slits in the top crust; brown until done at 425\u00b0, about 40 minutes.
