Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    1 (14 oz.) can milk
    1 Tbsp. orange extract
    finely ground walnuts
Preparation
    Over low heat or microwave, melt chips with margarine.
    Mix in pudding,
    extract and milk.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape in 1-inch balls; roll in finely ground nuts.
    Store in refrigerator.
